Landline to Mobile

How long does it take a landline to transfer to a cell phone? I have been given conflicting information, and it has been 2 weeks and the transfer is still not done. I am now paying for a mobile phone line and a landline.

user_zwvclq Hello! Thank you for your contribution to the Xfinity Forums! The length of time it takes to port a number from a landline depends on the company the port is coming from. 2 weeks is generally too long though. Have our Xfinity Mobile team said anything about why it is taking longer? Sometimes delays happen due to account information or missing PINs.
