land line not taking messages
Have had a land line with Xfinity for many years. [Edited: "Personal Information"]. Not taking messages.When I try. to retrieve messages, Bottvsays dont have this service which I have been paying for for a long time.
Also can call out but incoming calls seems to have notably decreased. Noticed change for several weeks since my Xfinity package has been upgraded. Tried many time to call Xfinity directly but wait times are extreme.

Thanks for reaching out @J51Janisch! I’d personally be concerned if I wasn’t receiving incoming calls and was told a service I’ve been paying for is not on the account. This is something we can take a closer look at from our side.
Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name, full address, and the landline’s number? To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "to" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
