Just Changed my Comcast Email Password [Edited]

I just changed my Comcast email password. I am unable to make this change go through on my iPhone 15 or iMac. I already tried to message you in chat. No response. Totally confusing and unacceptable given the huge fees you charge.

@user_wf94l Try these steps;

  • Go to your iPhone settings and remove the email account completely (Settings > Mail > Accounts > select the account > Delete Account
  • Restart your iPhone after removing it
  • Add the account back
