iwatch activation

HI,

I am trying to setup cellular on a new apple watch using an iphone14. Every time I try to activate it I get: Sorry looks like we are having technical difficulties. Please try again.  

I've upgraded the watch, unpaired and paired multiple times, can somebody help ?

Hello, and thank you for choosing Xfinity, user_5rtasx. We’re excited to help you get your Apple Watch connected! To begin, make sure your watch is a GPS + Cellular model and that you're an Xfinity Mobile customer with an available line.

Open the Apple Watch app on your iPhone.
Tap “Set Up Cellular.”
Log in to your Xfinity Mobile account when prompted.
Follow the on-screen steps to:
Accept the terms and conditions,
Choose whether to replace an existing device or add a new one,
Confirm your service address.
Finally, tap “Done” or “Complete Activation” to finish.
