Itemized device payoff receipt

I need receipts for 2 device payoffs how would I go about getting an itemized receipt or bill with the remaining balance. I’ve called customer service and been into store with no help. This amount is need for my records and reimbursement. A zero balance or paid in full is not sufficient.
