Issues with package delivery

Hello, 

I am supposed to be getting my mobile phone today, but I have to electronically sign for it. The timeframe for the delivery I cannot be here due to my job. I work from 2 to 10:30 PM. I need the package delivered before I go to work. I have spoken with UPS and they told me I have to get a hold of someone at Xfinity to get this problem resolved.
