Issue with mobile returns and Billing
Hello,
I would like to escalate an issue that I have with Xfinity mobile for over 3 months now. I have waited patiently and called in multiple times to Xfinity support but to no avail.

I had taken up Xfinity offer and upgraded fully paid off Google Pixle 8 to Iphone 16 . The pixel phone was returned in September 2025. There was no initimation of receipt of device. When I called in Xfinity confirmed that the device was received and discount (600$) towards the new device would be applied on a monthly basis. This has not happened till now. There is no response to the ticket either and there is no clear response from the billing team when I call in.
I sincerely request if any Xfinity billing team is looking at this message, to review the case and provide me some relief in this matter as I am tired of the multiple follow ups, calls, msgs etc!
Seriously disappointed customer!
