iPhone update 27.0 knocked out my wifi and mobile data

I updated my phone 2 days ago . I can’t get Xfinity mobile data or wifi and can’t connect to my home network . I had to delete my mgmt. configuration. First it was outdated and not verified . I’m and can’t get this back on so my phone is a [Edited: Profanity] now and can’t get no help . . I need to reinstall something but as of yet I can’t get this info or help
