Iphone SE
I was tricked by an Xfinity agent saying if I port my phone number to Xfinity and merge my internet with my phone package I will get a FREE phone and lower my internet cost. Till today, Xfinity is still billing me $17.91 for an iPhone SE that is a lot less useful compared to the phone I was using then. The incentive was I would get a free phone. I have called to rectify this over and over. I have been left waiting on the call for more than an hour twice. Every time I see the $17 charges in my account, I remember that I am just a statistic that makes the total sales per month what they planned it to be and not that Xfinity cares. I told them to cancel the contract and take the phone back and the promise was it would be resolved. Selling me what I don't need and disguising it as being free is fraudulent.
