iPhone promotion and billing scam.
Told iPhone 14 was free by agent as a promotion. I questioned that, but he insisted it was free. Xfinity billing me $26 a month. Called and was Told iPhone 14 wasn’t free. I returned the phone through FedEx, but xfinity said I have to pay $26 a month as phone was damaged….it wasn’t. They also gave away my cell phone number that I’ve had for years which they promised to give back to my iPhone 8 as soon as they received the phone. I am now paying $26 a month for two years for a phone I don’t have, even after talking to a supervisor. Have been an xfinity customer and diamond member for years. This is outrageous. They told me agent misspoke and they are not responsible for what he said. Please help.

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
