IPhone from Android
I am making the switch from android to iPhone after years of android. I have dissed iPhone for years but since I never owned one, that's been an unfair assessment on my part. So I am making the jump but since I have no experience with and I phone, would it be a good idea to find a class to teach the fundamentals to save frustration?

Greetings, @bozmit! Thanks for reaching out with your concerns about switching from Android to Apple. There is a lot of help support online so you can get used to your new device and how to use it. We have our device support page here, https://www.xfinity.com/support/mobile/device-troubleshooting. If you select the model of iPhone, you will see many options for different things you may need to do on your device such as setting up the eSIM and connecting to WiFi. Apple Support also has their website and YouTube page with further help on how to use your device. The transition will be a smooth one with all the help that is out there. Did you already order the new device?
