iphone 16 stolen by fedex, received empty box

i’m sorry but the fact that y’all denied my claim that was done the same day as me receiving this empty box which my Iphone 16 was supposed to come in (not to mention my claim was put in by the xfinity store) and now y’all are saying i will be charged?, after spending the pass month on the phone with xfinity trying to figure out why my claim was still waiting. i’m definitely going to sue xfinity because this is ridiculous i’ve done the claim, the police report, gone to the store, and talked to xfinity on the phone multiple times and y’all still haven’t resolved my issue. i shouldn’t have to go through all of this for a phone i didn’t receive. this should be between xfinity and Fedex considering, this has been an issue for so many since 2023. i will not be paying for a phone i did not receive.

Signed for a delivery this morning. Opened the box about an hour later and there was a bottle of hand soap in it. No phone. 

I’ve made phone calls and did online chat, still haven’t received the claim email that I’m supposed to get to upload photos of what we received. 

This is ridiculous.
