iPhone 16 Pro Paid off Early Automated Device Unlock Failed / Requesting Manu Tier 2 Override

Hello Xfinity Support Team,

I am writing to request an escalation for a manual device unlock on my iPhone 16 Pro.

Here are the account and device details:

    •    Account Status: Active, in good standing, with more than two years of continuous service.

    •    Device: iPhone 16 Pro (originally upgraded via an iPhone 12 Pro trade-in promotion).

    •    Payoff Date: Monday, August 17, 2026.

    •    Current Balance: $0.00. The device balance is fully paid off, and the monthly promotional credits have successfully stopped/cleared on my billing end.

    •    The Issue: The standard 48-hour automated unlock window has passed, but my device status under Settings > General > About > Carrier Lock still shows "SIM Locked".

Chat and front-line phone assistance have been unable to resolve this or push the unlock through. Because this is an early promotional payoff, it appears the automated ticketing system has glitched and failed to send the eSIM unlock command to Apple's activation servers.

Could an Official Xfinity Employee please send me a Direct Message, look up my account, and manually push a Device Unlock Ticket to bypass this backend error?

Thank you for your time and assistance.

user_dec39t I will show share the unlock rules down below:
  • Your phone must be activated for at least 60 days.
  • The phone must be paid in full.
  • Your Xfinity Mobile account cannot have a past-due balance.
  • Your phone cannot be reported lost, stolen, or involved in fraudulent activity.

Devices are not eligible to use a SIM from another provider — such as a local data plan with international travel — until all required device unlock eligibility rules are met.

Only account holders, Primary users, or Managers on an Xfinity Mobile account can request to have phones unlocked. Do you meet these requirements?
