iPhone 16 Pro Max phone stolen in transit (FedEx driver signed my name and phone box was empty)

I contacted Xfinity Mobile Customer Support about this issue almost 3 weeks ago. I filed a police report, have video footage of the FedEx driver signing my name and dropping off my package. I have pictures of the tampered box and the empty phone box (only contained the charging cord). I was provided with an incident number and Xfinity reference number, but have not heard back from Xfinity on the ticket. How do I get this resolved?

Hello @user_nebxvg I am sorry to hear about the incident with your 16 pro max. Do you mind giving me the name and address to your account in a direct message? 

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it.
