Iphone 14 pro max - managed networks can't remove?

I did buy the phone from xfinity. After i paid off the phone the the carrier lock was removed. The issue i have now is a have a "managed network" (Xfinity mobile) that i can't remove. I no longer have xfinity service. I have deleted the esim in the cellular section. I don't have anything in the vpn configuration for xfinity either. I even tried to go in apple / passwords app & delete it from there & it won't allow me. I have tried to turn off icloud syncing & that didn't work either.

I know there is a nuclear setting of Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. I would prefer not to do this if at all possible. Having to add on my network settings back would be a pain. Is there any other way & are you 100% sure if i do the nuclear settings it would work? I plan on getting a new iphone this year & i definitely don't want icloud to sync it back to my new iphone.
