iPhone 13 Pro Max trade in
I am looking at moving from Verizon to Xfinity. My wife wants the 15. I went to the trade in on her phone and was given a trade in amount of 300;some $$$. When I entered her device number, it said that phone was not eligible. The phone has been paid off. I tried calling Xfinity mobile, however the wait time was long. Hence why I’m asking here. Any ideas why. Ty in advance

You wanna check the phone settings to make sure the carrier lock show “no sim restriction”
