iPad scam

I am also a victim of the IPad scam. I was told it was an amazing promotion that would lower my monthly bill. There was never any mention of a mobile line charge. My bill is higher than when I initially called. I didn’t even need the Ipad, but was told I should take it because it was such an amazing deal. I would have a lower monthly bill and get a free iPad. Complete lies. Xfinity is a scam company.

Good evening user_nzj8mc. I can assure you this is not the experience we want for you. I will be happy to look into this further. I will need some additional information, which we do not want you to provide publicly.

Please send us a direct chat message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forums page.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window and press Enter to send it.
