Ipad Scam
I have an Xfinity internet account NEVER had Xfinity Mobile.
After calling to reduce my Cable account I was offered to change from Cable to Streaming.
So I received my streaming box and alls fine.
Then I received an Ipad which was puzzling not sure why but was too busy trying to adjust to streaming and didn't pay much attention to the Ipad.
Then I started to get charged to Mobile account which I do not have,
I called and was told refund is on it's way. I waited NO Refund came.
I was charged again and I called again promised refund and No Refund. Over Charged for $176,00 from Dec until June.
So in January I decided this Ipad is the source of all these over charges and took the Ipad to Xfinity center to get rid of it.
But was told they won't take it back. Claiming the return was only for 30 days and I was too late.
I was scammed.
I never asked for the Ipad now I'm stuck with paying for a service I never asked for.
Finally they made the final lump charge of $333.35 into my credit card for a total of Scammed Charges of $509.74.
For this reason I'll never have Xfinity mobile. It's a scam company. They ripped me off because they know I always pay my bills. They boxed me in to pad their profits,
They used scam tactics to pad their profits because they can't sell enough mobile accounts to be profitable.
Xfinity Mobile aught to be ashamed of their scamming ways but I doubt they even have a conscience.
