IPad Scam
I have been an Xfinity customer for 12 years and Jan 24,2025 i was offered a free iPad, which i excepted and then on Feb 26,2025, i received A Email/Bill for the balance OWED, on a device that should have been FREE. The Xfinity store would NOT except the iPad because it was outside of the 14 day return window, which i had NO idea about. So i call Xfinity A DOZEN times since, and HOURS of waiting. They finally gave me a address to send the iPad to which this address is supposed to be a Fulfillment center in Fortworth Texas, but UPS is saying the address is incorrect or No Longer in business. I am So frustrated with Xfinity, ALL i want is a Refund for the device taken off of my account.
