ipad return as it is NOT FREE AS AGENT STATED ON CHAT
A chat agent told me I would get a new iPad that would cost me nothing but a $40 activation fee, and no change to my bill. Now my mobile bill is $30 more per month than it should be and I did not sign up for this. I specifically asked if would I be charged any additional fees and the agent said no (I have the entire transcript). when I asked to return the iPad, the agent said they could not generate a receipt so take it to the store to return. When I took it to the store, they told me they could not report the iPad either. Now that I see this post I think it is a scam to get people to accept this iPad. I already have one I do not need another, and especially for an extra $30 per month. I need answers please. And once again, I have the entire chat.
