Insurance for phone is a rip off

I’ve paid the monthly charge for insurance on my phone.  I completed the claim in a timely manner.  It has been 6 days and they have not delivered my replacement phone.  The only answer I get is “we are very sorry” but no reposition or compensation.  The money for my bill is still be taken out of my account, yet I have no phone.

Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
