Inappropriate customer service

Hello, my name is [Edited: "Personal Information"], and I would like to file a formal complaint regarding a male Xfinity Mobile representative I spoke with today, October 13, 2026, at approximately 1:57 PM.

I called regarding a billing issue and was speaking quietly when the representative made an unsolicited comment about my voice, stating, “Wow, what a tone of voice. I’m very lucky today.”

I found this extremely inappropriate, uncomfortable, and unprofessional. I immediately told him his behavior was inappropriate and ended the call.

I contacted Xfinity for assistance with my account, not to receive personal or flirtatious remarks from an employee.

I am requesting that a supervisor locate and review the recorded call from 1:57 PM, formally document my complaint, and provide a complaint reference number and follow-up regarding this incident.

Thank you,
[Edited: "Personal Information"]
