Ims activation

Hi, I need this escalated to advanced mobile provisioning / backend network support. This is NOT a basic troubleshooting issue. I’m using Xfinity Mobile on a Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra (dual SIM, purchased internationally). My line was previously fully working, including Wi-Fi Calling and IMS services. I have a physical sim card.

While in the U.S., IMS successfully registered and Wi-Fi Calling worked normally even after returning abroad. However, after performing a factory reset while outside the U.S. (currently in Egypt), IMS is no longer registering:

- IMS status: Not Registered

- Wi-Fi Calling: Not working

- RCS: Not working

- Calls/SMS are falling back to cellular roaming network (e& Egypt)

You already attempted a basic reprovision, but it did not resolve the issue honestly I'm not even sure if it went through.

I need the following actions specifically:

1. Full backend reprovision of my line (not just a signal refresh), including:

   - IMS services

   - HD Voice / VoLTE

   - Wi-Fi Calling

2. Remove and re-add my device/IMEI to the line

3. Confirm my line is fully provisioned for Wi-Fi Calling and international IMS usage

4. If applicable, generate and push a brand-new eSIM profile

Most importantly:

Please confirm whether IMS registration for my line REQUIRES an initial connection to a U.S. Verizon network after reprovisioning, or if it can be completed over Wi-Fi internationally.

This worked previously before the factory reset, so I need to understand if this can be restored remotely or if a U.S. network handshake is now required.

Please escalate this to someone who can directly access IMS provisioning and network registration systems. I would greatly appreciate some assistance.
