IMEI Not compatible

Hi,

so I got a free line with my xfinity internet. Now I want to activate my phone but the IMEI compatibility check tells me that my IMEI for my unlocked Samsung Galaxy S20 is not compatible. So I called xfinity a week ago where the first representative just hung up on me after talking to his supervisor. The second one told me after talking to his supervisor that he will fix it until yesterday and send me an Email or call me. Nothing happened. Is there someone here from xfinity that can help me?
