Im wantig to have xfinity waive the balance on my deceased husband"s cell equipment

Hello, my husband was killed on march 20th, 2024 and I have been trying to contact a human representative to help me to get the balance on my husbands equipment waived. I have been a xfinity customer for cable for over 25 years. There is a $600 balance left on his cell phone. I AM HAPPY TO RETUR THE PHONE TO YOU I have provided his death certificate. but I just get a run around thsat I have to pay for a phone that is not being used.
