I’m opening a class action lawsuit on this phone scam data breach

we were also a part of the scam where our data was leaked. That other people would call you send a FedEx driver to your house to pick up the phone because they sent the wrong one due to it being refurbished. If you didn’t return it you would be charged full price upfront but if you did, they would give you $150 credit after dealing with Xfinity for hours and FedEx as well. It’s best that their attention they sought through other avenues.
