Identity Verification not working

I’m trying to place an order online for a phone. When I get to the “identity verification” prompt, i put in my SSN and DOB, and it says that they are unable to confirm my identity. I thought maybe this was an error because the item I was trying to finance was beyond the limit that xfinity would allow me to finance (because we are already financing another phone). So I picked one that I made sure would fall within our financing limit. Still same issue. Tried on multiple browsers and desktops.
