Identity verification for mobile order

I have gotten 2 emails to verify my identity for the mobile order I placed yesterday, but when I press the text me the link to verify it says it has sent it to my number, but I never receive anything. Can you please help me so I can get the order placed before it is cancelled. Thank you so much for your time and help!

Hello, @user_47hlie! Congratulations on your purchase! We don't want to see that canceled either and understand your concern. Is there a different method of contact in the email toward the bottom in case there are problems? We do not have direct contact with the team needed to fix that. If you don't see their direct contact information, you can reach out to the Xfinity Mobile team by text or call at (888) 936-4968.
