ID Verification

I am trying to verify my ID through Xfinity to complete my new mobile order, however, it sent a text message to the phone number I wanted to use. I no longer have that phone since it broke which is the main reason I decided to switch to Xfinity. I cannot find out how to get an email instead of text and do not have a phone to contact the verification team. Can someone help? Thanks.
