I will NEVER, EVER recommend Xfinity Mobile to anyone!
Xfinity Mobile is quite literally the worst mobile provider to exist. I am not exaggerating. They have no idea what they are doing and it shows in their random policies and lack of training of their agents. Most recently, I have been the victim of their repayment plan policies that they make up rules for as they go. I spoke to no less than 20 agents and every single one told me something different. My service was completely disconnected after I made a payment a week ago. I have no recourse to pay it because now they require me to pay off all devices which total over $1,500 and create a new financial account!! Not to mention I call to get the amount that I need to pay to restore and the agent 100% assures me that it will only be 671 and my services will be restored. I speak to the Executive Mobile Resolution Team person (the only US based person out of 20) and they are NOT helpful at all. Zachary was nice but nice does not erase the total ineptitude of the company as a whole. How do we still give them our money when they are this awful! I spoke to Verizon and even they would reinstate the device payments and not require them to be paid off. I am flabbergasted! [Edited: "Solicitation"]

Hey I've had a similar issue. I signed up for Mobile service and was told my monthly bill would be $55 which includes a new iPad and two mobile lines (one for my phone and one for the iPad). I got a bill for $155 which says that I have 3 iPads?? I went to return the one iPad the same day I received it in the mail and they wouldn't let me. They're charging me for 4 activation fees plus 4 mobile lines. I have been on the phone with them for two months and they won't help me. They also upgraded me to a Premium plan without asking me, and they won't let me unenroll from autopay. I had to call my bank and have them cancel my card. I have reported them to the BBB and FCC. Good luck ever getting a dime from me Xfinity.
