I paid my phone off and they not trying to to let me unlock

It’s kinda sad wen I’m a golds member and they not trying to let me unlock the carrier and my fone is paid off it’s not fair to me or mi kids payin all that money and the customer service is so bad to the point I want to take it to channel 6 news how this phone company gets over on people and now I can’t change my carrier because they not letting me unlock my fone and it’s paid off

user_q13ond I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble unlocking your device. While our team here is limited in some aspects for Xfinity Mobile accounts, we can help however we can. Was there a reason provided that the device couldn't be unlocked? have you only tried unlocking the device online, or have you spoken with the dedicated XM team as well?
