I need help unlocking my IPhone

I am trying to unlock my iPhone, I followed the instructions provided and that lead me nowhere until I directly contacted Xfinity support where I was told to make a public post to open a ticket.

Hello user_o4dr56, thank you for taking the time to create this post. In order to be eligible for a unlock, your phone must meet the requirements listed 'Here'. Are you able to confirm if your device meets those requirements? If so, and you have a Xfinity account, we can submit a ticket to request your device to be unlocked.

Experiencing the same issue and no matter who I talk to no one is able to unlock my phone. Each person or bot will tell you to wait or call/text them again to restate your complaint over and over again. This is ridiculous when you don’t have cell service, because they won’t unlock your phone!  As clients, we need to band together to file a class action law suit and make Xfinity pay us back for their neglect and widespread suffering they’ve caused all of us.
