I need help unlocking a phone I bought from a 3rd party.

I recently bought a Samsung Galaxy S22 5G from someone online but the phone is carrier locked to Xfinity and id like to get it unlocked so I can use it on my own carrier but I can't get in contact with a real person to get an answers.

@Bobjr23 Did you knowingly buy the phone locked? If so, then there's nothing you can do. Xfinity Mobile will not unlock the phone. Now, if the seller claimed it was unlocked and you find out not, that's fraud. Make a claim with the site you purchased it from, or try and return to seller for a refund. Or dispute with your credit card.

Yes, it was disclosed that it was carrier locked. I just assumed that I'd be able to get it unlocked via Xfinity that's why I bought it.
