I need help setting up my phone

Question

I can not remember any of my passwords. I have factory reset my phone & I still can NOT get in. I need someone that can help me get past the phone User passcodes/words.

@user_v4lmha What is the make/model of your phone? If you were able to successfully factory reset the phone, where exactly are you being asked for a passcode or password? At the lock screen? Or are you trying to factory reset and being asked for a passcode?
