I need a shipping label for my trade in phone

Hello,

I just upgraded my phone and need a shipping label to send my trade in. I'll be going out of the country soon and need to return my trade in to beat the deadline. I've called multiple times for this and have gone to the store and even spoke with a live agent inside Xfinity store. Please can somebody send me the return label ASAP

Thank you for meeting us here in our community about your return, @user_4dx6jg. Did you check your box where the new phone came in? It's usually in there. Sometimes in can be in your email from Xfinity Mobile. Have you checked your email yet? When you called Xfinity Mobile for assistance, what did they say?

It wasn't in the box that the new phone was sent in and I've searched my email, including spam, nothing sent concerning return label. I talked to a live agent at the Xfinity store, called multiple times and chatted with agent. It's so frustrating and I am traveling out of the country soon. I can't postpone my trip!!! I need help ASAP please.

I just did what you told me! I'm getting very frustrated and upset cos the excitement of getting a new phone is fading away. I can't believe getting a return shipping label will turn into a headache like this. I have till tomorrow to get this fixed or I'll be forced to return the new phone since I have a trip planned for next week. Thanks so much
