I moved and kept my email but didn't know I had to sign in every 9 months to check email and it's now deactivated what can I do?

I have been using Xfinity for 12 years from my new address and have had some glitches but was last told I did not need to sign in from the website to keep my account active. I see in the links that you DO need to sign in every 9 months from the website. I did not do this and now cannot receive my e-mail through my other devices. Please help!!!!  Is it too late?  What can I do?

To access your account, will you please send us a direct message with your full name and complete service address.

 

To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forums page.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

  • Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send your message
