I have requested Xfinity to cancel my mobile device now I am receiving a very high final bill.

I have not even been able to use my devices in months. Back in April I requested that my mobile service be canceled. However, I am seeing a final bill for a very high amount. I have 0 usage and was told my mobile services would be canceled. Why am I still being charged?

I'd like to add I always have a very hard time getting a hold of a representee and when I do they try to upsell me. Which I feel I was even lied to about the plan to begin with and very disappointed with Xfinity mobile. I have been a customer for over 8 years now. I do not even use these phones, a sboth broke shortly after getting them. I should not continued to be charged for something I can't use and asked to cancel.

user_afqaqo Thank you so much for reaching out for help with this high bill you received after thinking your mobile services were disconnected in April. That would be frustrating for sure, and I appreciate you letting us know so we can help look into this for you. I will need to pull up your account to investigate this further. If you could send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account, I'd be more than happy to look into this for you. Click "Sign In" (If necessary). Click the "Direct Messaging" Icon. Click the "Start New Conversation" (pencil and paper) icon. In the “To:” line, type "Xfinity Support". As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list. An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window. Press Enter to send it. How to: Direct Message Within The Forum.
