I have not received my iPhone rebate since December 2024.

Im getting very impatient waiting for you guys to respond to all my efforts to find my old iphone 14 pro max that was in perfect condition that I traded in for my iphone 16 pro max for 420.00.

This almost feels like a scam by Assurante and Xfinity.

I call Assurante, and they tell me to contact xfinity and xfinity puts you into a loop and hangs up.

I may need to make a formal complaint to the city of folsom, ca.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
