I have been lied to now 3 times and then cut off regarding my mobile upgrade, (also was lied to in order to spend money on a temp phone)
I had an s20, the screen started going all white, so i was seeing about upgrading considering the mobile protection didnt even cover that .. and was told if i bought a moto g play for 150 outright, that after a month it would allow me to have credits to pay payment plan for newer phone. that along with loyalty credits were told to be added as well to fix the situation. its been month and a half with this moto phone and the 2 times i have now tried to upgrade the agents have literally said i need to purchase a new phone in full, and the moment i brought up i was lied to about it they both disconnected.. i have the transcripts, this is ILLEGAL. if i dont get some type of compensation like THE UPGRADE I WAS LITERALLY PROMISED and LITERALLY TOLD THAT BY BUYING THE OTHER TEMP PHONE for $150 it would fix the situation along witht he added loyalty credits which nothing changed and im being literally avoided now by xfinity.. this is wrong, i have been completely lied to and told false information regarding buying the temp phone that would fix this issue by multiple agents only for nothing to be fixed and then to be ignored and disconnected each time.. its at the point ive been stolen from now seeing i have the transcripts and the notes on account were SUPPOSED to explain everything going on and not one single agent willl help me, they just run and disconnect.. that goes for online and on phone.. what the heck!?!!?!?!?
