I can’t activate my Apple Watch

I’ve tried to activate my Apple Watch, but after following all the steps it keeps showing me an error message: “Sorry, looks like we are having technical difficulties. Please try again.”

I tried unpairing the Apple Watch and then pairing it  again. Restarting both the watch and iPhone. The software is updated for both devices . Nothing works.
