I am not receiving calls on my iphone

I recently updated my iPhone and now can not receive calls. 

additionally, I try to log into Xfinity and do not access my mobile account only the internet/ tv account

@user_aqwzsg Can you try to restart your phone to see if that works? Also, are you hearing a message when trying to make calls? When it comes to your Xfinity login concerns, are you receiving an error code or message?

Outgoing phone calls (call failed) incoming calls (doesn’t ring, can’t see). Callers say Mailbox full. I can’t empty it. Rebooted many times. However can send & receive text msgs.

When did this issue first begin?

Have you tried any troubleshooting steps such as ensuring Airplane mode is off or restarting the device?

Are you using iOS 18 or another version?
