How do you CANCEL SERVICE

My phone broke, I have purchased 2 new phones that are SUPPOSED to work with Xfinity.  BRAND NEW, FACTORY UNLOCKED, straight from MOTOROLA.  Phone you sell yourself.  I cannot get help online because your agents are trying to steal personal information.  You in store agent was told to back off me when he became aggressive when I wouldn't personally give him my full SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER!  YOU DO NOT NEED MY SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER TO PROVE MY IDENTITY!  MY GOVERNMENT ISSUED ID, ME, THE BROKEN PHONE, AND PAYMENT INFORMATION IS MORE THAN ENOUGH TO IDENTIFY WHO I AM.  I CAN BUY A GUN EASIER THAN I CAN GET A PHONE ADDED TO THE SERVICE I ALREADY PAID FOR!

HOW DO YOU CANCEL YOUR AWFUL SERVICE?????????

@XfinityDena I did that first.  No one is replying there.

Xfinity Dena tells me in the DMs in order for them to even tell me the steps to cancel I have to give my personal information to them in the chat window.  Is this site a scam?  It wasn't years ago, but I think it might be hacked!

@user_rsg8al I am sorry for how you feel. I am requesting your information to assist you with disconnecting the account. Since you do not feel comfortable providing the information I have provided you with a phone number to call and have also provided the information that you may visit a local service center to complete the request. I would be happy to keep assisting you via Direct Message to keep your account secure.

See? Even here, so incompetent not to acknowledge my broken phone!  This is the reason you're losing your entire account for Home and Mobile!  Just tell me the steps to cancel.  Tell us all!

@user_rsg8al The steps have been provided. I can assist you but would need your information. You can also call to disconnect but since your phone is not working I also provided you with the information for disconnecting at the service center. If you are needing any assistance in locating a service center you can follow this link: https://www.xfinity.com/support/service-center-locations/ to locate one near you. Please let me know if I can assist you in direct messages so that we can keep your account secure.
