@user_zlnln8 If the phone is paid off, and no longer receiving bill credits, you can request the phone be unlocked. Contact Xfinity Mobile directly;

You can request this PIN online by signing in to your Xfinity Mobile account, selecting the device associated with the number, and navigating to the "Transfer your number, cancel this line" section. After sending a one-time passcode (OTP) to your line and confirming it, you will receive the security PIN via text. This PIN is valid for 24 hours. If not used within that time, you can request a new one.

You will need to request a security PIN through the Xfinity app or website. by signing in with your Xfinity ID & password Once successfully logged in, you must request an  one-time passcode to one-time passcode finalize the security PIN, Then you should receive a security PIN by sending it through text message to any active line on your Xfinity account. 

 

If for any reason you  can’t send the security PIN using the Xfinity app or website, please visit an Xfinity Retail Store to validate your identity.
