How do I cancel mobile service and a phone that has been shipped to me that I did not want?

I chatted with an Xfinity agent last night to try to lower my internet bill. They signed me up for a mobile plan bundled with internet when I specifically told them I did not want it. Now I have a phone coming to me and a service I did not want. I asked them to cancel it, and they said they did, but the phone is still coming. So obviously they lied.

How do I cancel and send the phone back to get a refund on what they tricked me into paying and also avoid a restocking fee for a phone I never wanted in the first place?

I should not have to pay anything for a service and phone I specifically said I did not want. This customer service feels very shady.

Hello @user_j11qf6 I understand this might be a huge inconvenience for you. I do want to look over your account and check the status of your mobile. To do so I will need you to send me a Direct message with you name and address to the account in question

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it.
