Hot Spot connectivity

I work 3 days a week onsite at my company. Their WiFi doesn’t allow me to connect. When I go to hot spot and teetering I can see my phone but it will no let me connect because I have no password. Can you help me get on

If you are enabling hotspot on your phone to connect to the internet, the password is setup on your phone. Go into your phone settings for Hotspot to see or change it.
