Help to reset Comcast email password
I recently changed cell phone providers. My email account “[Edited: "Personal Information"]” now says enter IMAP Comcast password. I’ve had this email address for sometime even though I no longer have Xfinity/comcast as a TV, internet, cell phone provider due to moving across country. I was able to go into Comcast and reset password and IMAP setting on my IPhone 15 plus, however I still get message when trying to look at email that the password is incorrect. How can I fix this problem?

It sounds like your password was updated, but your phone may still be using old settings. Please try removing and re-adding your email account:
Go to Settings > Mail > Accounts, select your Comcast account, and tap Delete Account. Restart your phone, then go back to Accounts, tap Add Account > Other, and sign in again using your full email and updated Comcast password.
If you’re still seeing an error, try signing in once at xfinity.com/email to confirm your account is active, then attempt setup again.
