Help me please this has been a problem for almost a YEAR

Please help me, I am desperate at this point. I traded in 3 phones, wasn't given trade in credit ($2025 total over 24mos) so when they said my bill was going to be over $200 the upcoming month (Dec 2024) I downgraded my data to save $30/mo not knowing that if I did, I'd FORFEIT my promo credit. I spoke with an agent who then DISCONNECTED MY SERVICE and the one phone I WAS getting promo credit on now wasn't and my bill went UP. I've had agents LIE and say they had a refund coming for my overpayment and FAKE CONFIRMATION Number, and people saying they'd help me and nobody has. It's been since last OCTOBER and my bill with promo credits should be $101+ tax & fees and I've been charged 170-195 EVERY MONTH. HELP ME PLEASE GOD

   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

   Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
