Help!! I get the message you are signed in but not a user

I get the same message I see in different accounts, I am signed in successfully but not yet an authorized user!!!

By default, the account holder is designated as a primary user like the details show in this link. Here is also a great link to more details on how to find the right XFINITY ID.
