HELP 10 days trying and no one helps us: Google Pixel 6 overheating and we can hardly use it.

Google Pixel 6 overheating and we can hardly use it. 10 days ago I went to a store, the person who helped me told me, send it to Google, they will send you another one and you send your phone that overheats. Fill out the online forms in front of it. A box arrived to send the phone. Then we contacted Half an hour ago I texted an agent, he told me I can't help you, go to the store. Please I need a solution for more than 10 days now and my wife can barely use the phone.

Yes the box coming from Google. I also talked with another agent by chat, this one talked me, we (xfinity) are going to replace your phone, we will send you one to your home and you send back the bad one to us, you are gonna receive a email confirmation in 30 minutes (was 8 days ago, nothing yet)
