Hello, I need tons of help resolving the return of a phone that didnt work for someone on my account.
I have spent over 12 hours of phone calls, online chats, in store visits, just to get an upgraded wifi service plan and to add 3 new lines for your mobile plans. It has been a disaster! I have been trying for 2 weeks to get a return shipping label for one phone! We were told we had 30 days to decide about keeping the new phones we bought, then we lost 5 days because Xfinity had a shipping delay. Only to then be told that we only had 2 weeks for returns when the original CSA said 30 days. Now I can't get any follow up results after any of my calls. What is going on with this company? My family have been customers since Comcast was created and available to us in the early 1970's. I am absolutely floored by the lack of help from this company!
